Shipping Zones
Currently, we only ship to Metropolitan France and Switzerland.
📦 If you wish to have an order shipped outside of these areas, please contact us by email or phone so we can find a personalized solution for you.
Shipping Costs
✅ Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)
Accessories are subject to a flat shipping fee of €9.90 (incl. VAT).
Pizza ovens, barbecues, fire pits, planchas, and patio heaters are subject to a flat shipping fee of €48 (incl. VAT).
Refractory stones are subject to a shipping fee of €24 (incl. VAT).
Shipping costs are calculated and updated at checkout; the amount shown during this final step is the official and applied rate.
🚢 Delivery to Corsica
For any order containing a pizza oven, barbecue, plancha, or patio heater, a flat-rate surcharge of €100 (incl. VAT) applies.
Delivery Times and Tracking
Products are dispatched within a few business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped (provided the carrier offers this service).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on the carriers’ schedules.
Delivery Methods
Bulky items (pizza ovens, patio heaters, barbecues, planchas, etc.) are delivered by a specialized carrier, primarily Transco.
Accessories are sent via standard delivery, generally by DPD.
