Delivery charges

All barbecues and accessories are shipped within a few days to mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

* We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for delivery to an address outside these territories.
* Free delivery for orders delivered within mainland France.
* For all orders containing ovens or barbecues delivered to Corsica, a shipping charge of €100 inc. tax will be applied to the order.
* For all orders containing ovens or barbecues delivered in Belgium or Luxembourg, a shipping charge of €100 inc. tax will be applied to the order.

When can I expect delivery?

Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday during our carriers’ normal operating hours (between 8am and 5pm). When you send your order, you will receive a parcel number by e-mail so that you can track the current status of your shipment (carrier permitting).

How is delivery made?

Bulky products such as our Ovens, Barbecues, Pellet Planchas and Heaters are delivered by specialized carrier. All other products are sent by standard shipment, generally via Colissimo.
