Warranty information

Your Vulcano oven is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
years from date of purchase. This warranty covers your entire
four, however we reserve the right, after reviewing your request to
warranty, to replace the entire oven or just the parts that need to be replaced.

Application conditions:

• Proof of purchase and warranty form must be included with all requests.
• The oven must have been properly used and maintained by the purchaser.
• Commercial use voids all warranties.
• Unauthorized modifications or additions to the oven will void the warranty.
• Spare parts supplied do not extend the warranty.

Not included:

• Rust, scratches, damage caused by user abuse or negligence.
• Glass and stone broken due to improper use, handling or overheating
  (Do not exceed a temperature of 250°C on the built-in thermometer).
  (Remove the refractory when moving your oven)
• Normal wear and tear on your oven.
• Damage caused by abuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, faulty or inappropriate assembly.
• Scratches, dents, corrosion or discoloration caused by heat, abrasive cleaners, chemical cleaners or chipping.

This warranty does not cover transportation costs or home repair costs.

Caution: For the Vulcano 3 Premium & Gaz, a cylinder can only be removed or refitted when the oven is open in the barbecue position.
