I. GENERAL TERMS
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales made by L’ART DU JARDIN, subject to any specific terms agreed upon in writing. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms by the buyer, to the exclusion of any other documents originating from the buyer.
The prices offered by L’ART DU JARDIN do not constitute a firm offer and may be modified or withdrawn as long as no written confirmation of the order has been issued by L’ART DU JARDIN.
II. PRODUCTS
L’ART DU JARDIN reserves the right to modify its products or their specifications at any time. The illustrations shown in brochures, catalogs or on the website are non-contractual.
III. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders are considered final only after written confirmation by L’ART DU JARDIN (order acknowledgment or product dispatch).
IV. ORDERING AND PRICING
Orders are placed through the L’ART DU JARDIN website. All prices shown include VAT and delivery within mainland France, unless otherwise stated.
The product descriptions and visuals displayed online are for information purposes only and may contain errors. L’ART DU JARDIN shall not be held responsible for such errors.
Ordering process:
- The customer adds products to the cart.
- The customer confirms the cart, enters their information, and accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
- A summary page is displayed, confirming that the order has been received.
- A confirmation email is sent.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
V. PACKAGING AND DELIVERY
Deliveries are carried out exclusively in mainland France via our logistics partners: Transco, DPD, and other professional carriers. Delivery to other destinations may be considered upon prior request.
Delivery times are provided for information only. No compensation can be claimed in the event of delay. L’ART DU JARDIN remains responsible for the order until it is received by the customer (in accordance with Article L. 221-15 of the French Consumer Code).
The customer must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery. Any anomaly (damaged package, missing product, etc.) must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
VI. PAYMENT
Payments are made through a secure interface.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit card via PayPal
- Payment via PayPal account
- 4-instalment payment via PayPal (subject to customer eligibility, validated solely by PayPal)
- 2, 3 or 4-instalment payment via Alma (subject to eligibility, validated by Alma)
Payment is charged immediately upon ordering, except in the case of instalment payments as per the payment provider’s terms. Bank details are never stored by L’ART DU JARDIN.
VII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products must be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or a defective product.
A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt or proof of return.
VIII. LEGAL WARRANTIES
Products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity (Articles L. 217-3 to L. 217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

XI. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and contracts are governed by French law. The contractual language is French.
