Its opening in the combustion chamber allows the flames to pass through for ideal cooking of pizzas and flammekueche. Thanks to the optimized dimensions of its hearth, it reaches temperature in just 20 minutes.
Furthermore, the significant thickness of its steel structure gives it great robustness. Its design is the perfect combination of resistance to the power of the wood fire and homogeneous heat distribution for an authentic cooking experience, just like in a real pizzeria.
